Below are the instructions for setting up our DIY tent draping using our poly silk fabric, which is ideal for wall-to-wall draping. Please review the details carefully to ensure a smooth setup process.

Fabric and Panel Details

• Fabric Type: Poly silk
• Panel Size: Approximately 25 feet long by 9 feet wide
• Rental Cost: Approximately $25 per panel

Setup Instructions

1. Calculate How Many Draping Panels are Needed:
   • For each 10-foot section of draping, you will need 4 panels of fabric.
   • Each section takes approximately 30 minutes to set up.

2. Calculate How Long to Setup the Draping:
   • For a 200-foot long tent (which consists of 20 sections of 10 feet each):
     • Total Setup Time = 20 sections x 30 minutes per section = 600 minutes, or 10 hours for 1 person.
   • We recommend having 1 person work for every 2 hours, which equates to approximately 4 sections (40 feet) per person.
   • For a 200-foot long tent, it would take 5 people to setup in 2 hours
   • Typically, for large tents, 3-5 people are involved in the setup. Experienced event companies often complete this in less than 4 hours with 2-3 people.

3. Drapery Panel Calculation Examples:
   • Example 1: 200 Linear Feet Tent (all white fabric)
     • Tent Dimensions: 40 feet wide by 60 feet long (total 200 linear feet)
     • Number of Sections: 20 (each 10 feet long)
     • Panels Needed: 4 panels per section x 20 sections = 80 panels
       • Rent: 80 panels of 25 feet long white fabric

   • Example 2: 30ft x 20ft Frame Tent (alternative white & pink fabric)
     • Tent Dimensions: 30 feet + 20 feet + 30 feet + 20 feet = 100 linear feet
     • Number of Sections: 10 (each 10 feet long)
     • Panels Needed: 4 panels per section x 10 sections = 40 panels
       • Rent: 20 panels of 25 feet long white fabric
       • Rent: 20 panels of 25 feet long pink fabric (or any other color)
