1.  Screw ferrules into base plates & set on the ground
2.  Slide uprights over base plate ferrules (both sides)
3.  Attach a crossbar between both uprights (8ft apart)
4.  Lay 4 flower garlands on clean area, pink labels up
5.  Slide crossbar in pocket to hang flower garlands
6.  Raise uprights to 8ft height, zip/tie panels if needed
