How to Setup a Backdrop Rental
1. Screw ferrules into base plates & set on the ground
2. Slide uprights over base plate ferrules on both sides
3. Attach a crossbar between two uprights (10ft apart)
4. Hang 4 drapes on crossbar (even fabric both sides)
5. Pleat all four drapes evenly and hide all hardware
6. Raise uprights 10ft high, lift/finalize bottom fabric
How to Setup a Backdrop Rental

The most basic way to cover your walls is with pipe & drape kits. You can create draping swags on windows & entrances, or add a valance towards the top and sides. This style of draping only requires one person and easily assembles in 15 minutes per 10-foot section. Draping can be used for both indoor banquet halls as well as tents and pavilions.
