We send out packages every year without any problems. If there’s a hiccup along the way, then we’ll make it right.

Do I rent silk or real flowers?
It is hard to tell the difference between artificial silk rose garlands & real flowers unless you touch them up close. Our faux floral arrangements are so realistic that it is impossible to tell the difference in wedding photos. To help you decide which is a better option, we’ve dedicated an entire article to fake flowers that look real.
Can silk garlands go outside?
Yes, and you may have to add weights or supports to the backdrop to keep it in place. The main reason why is your ground may not be level or there may be too much wind. Avoid damage by soil, rain, or ground moisture. The flower garlands must be returned to us in a clean condition after your party.
Can I mix real flowers & silk?
No, the main reason why is because real flowers die. If you ship back an arrangement that has real flowers, our QC team might not catch it (since they blend in) and then we ship an arrangement to another customer with dead flowers a week later. Customers returning arrangements with real flowers mixed in with silk will be charged damage fees.
When will my rentals arrive?
All rentals arrive (2) days or more prior to your event date. You have them for a (5) day time-frame so you return rentals (2) days after your party. All orders over $94 ship free both ways & include (1) pre-paid return shipping label in every box.
